Candle Safety

Safety is always the top priority when using candles! Here are some tips to keep in mind when burning candles:

1. Place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains, and anything flammable.

2. Don't leave them burning unattended, and always keep them within sight.

3. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent smoking and a large flame.

4. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

5. When burning multiple candles, leave at least three feet of space between them.

6. Extinguish the flame before leaving the room or going to bed.

7. Don't burn candles near flammable materials, and keep them away from any open windows or vents.

8. Use a candle snuffer or a spoon to extinguish candles, never use water.

9. Don't burn a candle all the way down—extinguish it before it gets too close to the holder or container.

Follow these tips and you'll be sure to enjoy your candles safely!
